One of my least successful shoots. I was using a Mamiya 645 with a challenging focus screen and some film stocks which were too slow for the lighting conditions. The images lack the clarity that I was used to getting with my 35mm film camera, the Canon 1n.
I felt I had wasted the really incredible styling that I had borrowed for this shoot. I had no clear images of what the models were wearing, nothing to showcase the incredible dresses or masks. Still, there is a haunted quality to some of these images that make them, to me, not entirely without merit.
